Ferrari Car Cake

Ever wonder how to make a carved car cake? I made this one for a 30th Birthday.

Some quick tips:

1. Find the car you want to make (side view) Cut the shape out and place on side of cake.

2. Start carving (see picture below of carved cake).

It would help if you had a firm cake.

3. Once you are happy with the shape, ganache and cover it with fondant and add the details.
